i have a budget plan!

yesterday, i finally decided (and had the courage) to think up my monthly budget plan.. it's a nice feeling pala, organizing your money, being able to weigh down how much goes to your expenses and how much you can save.. this would be effective march pa for me. no, i cant do it sooner, i still have gazillion bills to pay. this way, i limit myself on how much i could spend, and i could do it on a daily basis. try it on your own..

house (mom) - 32%
what i charged on installment - 11%
necessities (food and transpo) - 24%
phone bill - 5%
savings - 12% (HEY THIS IS BIG ENOUGH FOR ME!)
extra (for clothes, books, gifts, gimiks, and other unplanned expenses) - 16%

extra cautions though:

i could not anymore charge anything on credit.. i couldnt handle having to think about what i have to pay in a whole month anymore!!

i have to limit my phone bill to 600! mabait ang sun, kaya ko to!

the only things i have actual control of are: my necessities, my phone bill and the "extra's", if i splurge on my necessities (eating too much expensive food, riding the cab instead of commuting), my luho's have to suffer, and in reverse, save up on my necessities, i would have more money to buy the things i want!!


so, that's it.. cross fingers i'd be able to keep my budget paln up! ciao!

a night of pure fun indulged... surveys waha!

dammit i manged to do it again! spend a night at work without actually doing work! susko baka may makabasa (nakaharap pa nmn ang monitor ko sa mga tao).. just answered surveys.; after surveys. after surveys. see: friendster bulletin posts. niwei nothing much to tell you guys. kjust my wonder on how could i still manage to buy some things even tho i know im gonna live on pennies before the next payday :( still no savings :( probably not until march or april :( :(siiiigh...

niwei, it's not like i spent it brainlessly. the first thing was a jacket. malamig po sa office, kelangan po namin ng jacket. opo. jacket. pluuus! it's pink, it's gorgeous, it has my size, and it's 50 (read: fifty) percent off. so, tell me then, how on earth could i resist such thing! im proud of it, i like it, im happy i bought it! not like some blouse i bought that after one wash, shrinked way up my stomach. and its worth 500! so not worth it!

another item.. my plan got approved under THE sun. hehe. i think i already told u about it. if not, here it is again: im a prepaid subscriber of sun, and since i thought that its costing me 250 a month (for unlimited service) why not sign on plan 250 instead ( i had then read that their monthly rates is now inclusive of the 247 service).. they raised it to 350 though, so u get 250 for the unlimited, and the remaining hundred for other networks.. but i thought, hey i couldn't possibly limit myself to 100 pesos a month for other networks, plus, the phones offered for the plan suck, so i got the next thing available: plan 600..

so that's how imanaged to get myself an additional 600+ expense a month.. sad.ayan

the magic is there!

haaay ang saya.. yesterday, we ended up going to EK for our anniversary celebration.. actually muntik ng walang mangyari, we have had so many plans for that day pro parang walang natupad.. you know how frustrating that can be? pinlano nyo months ahead tapos wala, di matutuloy.. well, i guess things turned out at its best, nakasave kami ng money, and we had the time of our lives.. no day could be more perfect.. (well maybe except christmas day last year).. try it with your boyfriends or girlfriends.. it's another different fun going there just the two of you..

hmm.. kwentuhan ko n lng kayo.. since shift ko until 9am for that day, i have to get some zzz's before going there, kundi baka tulugan ko si ian sa space shuttle.. wa corny.. we left manila after having lunch mga 1:30 pm.. naiwan na kami ng shuttle pro ok lang nakatipid pa kami.. tip: it's 50 pesos cheaper to take the balibago bus (it's on the same terminal as the shuttle), you go off at waltermart and take the tricycle to enchanted.

voila! we are at enchanted's doorsteps (gate entrance is more like it). Nagulat kami, 500 na pala entrance pag weekends ngyn.. we ended up paying in credit card or we would not have any money inside.. nagcharge pa kami ng phone sa CR for a while kasi low bat na phone ko.. e wala nmn kaming camera besides that...

ASA LOOB NA KAMI! :)

dahil sa grabe ang katirikan ng araw, ayokong sumakay muna, (ikaw na ang magkaroon ng ganitong kutis di ba?!) naghanap na lang kami ng tali for my phone kasi gusto kong magvideo habang asa space shuttle.. more story on that later. anyway, pagkatapos ng mga two hours na paghahanap ng tali, and a ride to the log jam, rialto and go kart (ang saya saya nito soooobra!! mahal nga lang, too bad ala kmeng pera so di n kme nakaulit), nakakita rin kami ng tali, and the good part is: it's free! me napigtas kasi na isang ballpen or whatever dun..

bilang warm-up sa space shuttle we rode the flying fiesta, eto na nahilo na ko.. while resting for a while, kinunan kami ng picture for free, (but when you want it printed me bayad na shempre)..
space shuttle na!! i was not really feeling nervous or anything, this is nothing new to me.. saktong pasakay na kami ng space shuttle my phone went off :( pagkatapos ng lahat ng hassle ng paghahanap ng tali?!?!?!?!? the first drop was ok, i was still having fun, pro on the second one, moreso, particularly on the last twist, parang tinwist din ang sikmura ko.. grabe ang sama ng pakiramdam ko nun.. di ako hiluhing tao and hindi rin mahina ang tyan ko pro i felt so sick that time.. siguro kasi ala pa kong tulog nun...

i felt like i wouldn't be able to handle any rides thereafter.. and being the best boyfriend that he was, ian made no complaints whatsoever... hhhmmm..... :) we just strolled a lot after that, took pics.. we claimed our photo kasi nga wala man lang kaming hard copy ng pics namin, at ang mahal nya! 200 pesos for a measly 2 copies of walet size pics.. but. we felt like we had no choice so we bought them.. nakapagcharge din kami ng phone, sa office pala it's free, you would just have to sign something and leave it there to charge, whatever it is.. phones or digicams.. galing nga e..

we ate after that,sarap ng fud yum yum!! i had buritos and nachos.. di pala mahal sa enchanted.. impression ko kasi dati sobrang mahal talaga ng fud sa loob since you arent allowed to bring any inside.. tapos.. when we left the fudcourt, naiwan ni ian ung pic namen... :( ala n kmen picture.................. :(

we had our neoprint instead.. then fireworks na at 9pm.. ganda talaga ng fireworks... there's something really magical with them.... lalo n when ur a little up close, n ur with someone special *wink *wink.. after that, its almost time to go home na, the park loses at 10pm (aga no?!, pro its a good thing para maaga pa kami makauwi, me pasok pa si ian on the day after) we had our final ride at the GRAND ferris wheel (ngayon lang ako natakot dito sobrang lakas kasi ng hangin!) we just bought some souvenirs, just a glow in the dark sticker.. i really wnted the big stuff toy (a yes, nestle ikaw ba yan?!) pro again wala kaming pera, so we settled to buy the slippers instead (me mukang malaki ni wizard).. they're nice, plus, we could have one each and have them for display.. o di ba sweet?

dahil puno na ang shuttle we again searched for an alternative ride.. we took a van now, which dropped us off at ortigas.. i made the house befor 12mn..

all in all the day was beyond my expectation.. (kahit naka 5 rides lang kami, di sulit 500!) pro its a very nice experience.. thanks to the very corteous crew ng ek.. and kakaiba ang challenge to stop your self from spending too much no matter how tempting it gets.. iba talaga when you get to be in a new environment and experince something new with your someone special.. saya!!! next year: HongKong! :D (weeh?!)

ANNIVERSARY! :))

Hi today is our first year anniversary. :) Sarap talaga ng may boyfriend! A boyfriend you love and loves you back as much as you do, and takes care of you really really well, and handles all your horrible moods, and puts you first before anything else at that.. hmm.. didn't see this coming, we still feel like new in the relationship because we never get tired of each other and we continue to find new things to bring in the realtionship for each day. mabilis pro i can say we've been through a lot already.. and there's no stopping us, we have great plans of our future together and i have absolutely no reason of believing they would not happen.. thanks hon.. i love you so much.. :)

new haircut :)

hi, i got a new haircut today (obvious nmn sa title di ba?!) i'm getting very tired on my then yes long, but very very unruly hair.. so today i welcome my convenient shoulder length-do! ang gaan gaan ng feeling! :)

hi, im back!! :)

i've been quite busy the last few days that i haven't been able to post here.. (busy daw o!) i was at ching's despedida party saturday.. nice to see and be with my HS barkada again.. it's been years!! ganun pa rin ang mga bruha, ang gaganda.. katuwa! bat ganun ang buhay! niwei, ian was able to find the guts to come along, hurrah! (after weeks and weeks of persuasion) unfortunately, i dont know if it was because he was just too nervous or just because he skipped meals that day, he complained of needing to throw up the whole time (which he did, by the way). so because he wasn't feeling well, we ended up going home early.. i know we needed to, but it saddened me up because i was so much enjoying seeing and being with my friends again and i know it would probably take a long time before we see each other. .

sunday night, i wasn't on my shift because we were required to come to work on the day after instead because of our monthly meeting. just watched ocean's 12 with my family. too bad i didn't enjoy the installment as much as the first one.

monday, meeting. it's always fun to have our regular sustain meetings. it's like we get to have a day off and just hang around and hear each others' complaints. and we'd get to make sumbong them to our TL, and feel like someone's finally gonna take actions on our so-long-time-ago-grievances. And i got to take the exam for QA. Pucha ang hirap heheh..

tuesday (last night actually), the usual shift. . ala lang.. same old same old.. umm.. i got to talk to lanie a while ago.. it's nice.. having to spend even just a little time with your old friends again.. brings back a lot of familiar nice memories!

my team got relocated today in another place in the office, and damn we're too cramped! we don't like it one bit. . i hate it!

hmm.. i've been thinkin on getting my 'sun' plan. think, 250 a month for their 24/7 service (for prepaid), compared to just 350 a month inclusive of the unlimited service and 100 pesos consumable for other networks, plus you get a free phone.. works for me! para may maiibigay na phone in case ma-hold-up. . :) pero 100 pesos for other networks don't seem enough so i might get the next higher plan instead..

hi! ian bought me a new flip-flop today, just coz he likes them because they do not add anything on my height.. tho i feel like i'm wearing pambahay's to work, i like them still, they're comfy and girly.. :) i've got the sniffies today... and a headache.. i'ts almost 7 am, another work day (night pala) gone too soon.. hehe...

i dunno how to save money for the bills that i am to face in feb.. gosh.. really, one can get carried away during the holiday seasons! when you think about it, i can hardly compute how i was able to spend all that money!!! i'm getting the headaches just trying to compute how am i going to make my money reach what i have to pay in my credit card bills!! dammit...
