yogipilates
i have found something to look forward to in my days in the gym and it's my yogipilates class! it's so easy, you barely feel you're exerting any effort yet you feel your heart pounding and you are sweating like crazy, so it has gotta be working! it's cool.. cant wait for my next session.. anyway, i have only tried to attend to 2 classes: spinning and the other of course is yogiplaplapla.. spinning sucks! it's like trying to kill your thighs! parusa sobra! i hope i could learn to get used to it..
im excited to try out other classes because it's absolutely more fun than having to work out alone.. im glad im enjoying this gym stuff.. another plus in my going to the gym is getting to submerge in lots of lots of time in the steaming room! sarap!!!! all this while loosing weight no! haha! talagang pinapasaya ko ung sarili ko kasi im scared that i'll loose interest on it.. wag nmn sana.... hopefully ill see results na! :) tsaka mas masaya sana if i have a friend to go with me.. para di rin nakakainip...
